c. As respects the coverage provided by this Additional Coverage, Exclusion B.1.k.(4) is deleted. <br />4. Expenses Incurred By The Insured <br />Section II. A. 1. F. (1) (d) is deleted and replaced by the following: <br />All reasonable expenses incurred by the insured at our request to assist us in the investigation or <br />defense of the claim or "suit', including actual loss of earnings up to $300 a day because of time off <br />from work. <br />5. Incidental Medical Malpractice <br />For purposes of Section II. 6. of this endorsement only, the following changes shall be made. <br />Section II. F. 3 is deleted replaced by the following: <br />"Bodily injury" means: <br />1) bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including death resulting from any <br />of these at any time. <br />2) "Bodily injury" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render professional health care <br />services as a physician, dentist, nurse, emergency medical technician or paramedic shall be <br />deemed to be caused by an " occurrence", but only if: <br />(a) The physician, dentist, nurse, emergency medical technician or paramedic is employed <br />by you to provide such services; and <br />(b) You are not engaged in the business or occupation of providing such services. <br />For purposes of Section II. 6. of this endorsement only, the following changes shall be made. <br />Section II. D. Liability And Medical Expenses Limits of Insurance is amended by the following: <br />For the purpose of determining the limits of insurance for incidental medical malpractice, any act <br />or omission together with all related acts or omissions in the furnishing of these services to any <br />one person will be considered one 'occurrence". <br />6. Mental Anguish <br />Section II. F. 3 is deleted and replaced with the following: <br />3. "Bodily Injury" means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including mental <br />anguish, mental injury, shock, or fright. "Bodily Injury" also means death resulting from any of <br />these at any time. <br />7. Per Location Aggregate <br />Section II. D. 4. Aggregate Limits is amended to include the following: <br />The aggregate limit for all "bodily injury" and "property damage" other than "bodily injury" or "property <br />damage" included in the "products -completed operations hazard" applies separately to each of your <br />"locations". <br />For the purpose of this provision only, "locations" means premises involving the same or connecting <br />lots, or premises whose connection is interrupted only by a street, roadway, waterway or right-of-way <br />of a railroad. <br />8. Personal and Advertising Injury Assumed in a Contractor Agreement <br />Section II. B. 1. p, (4) is deleted and not replaced. <br />9. Product Recall Expense <br />Section II. A. 1. Business Liability is amended to include the following: <br />We will pay up to $50,000 as a Limit of Insurance to cover "product recall expenses" arising out of a <br />single "covered recall' event. <br />However, we will not pay more than $50,000 in any one occurrence for all "covered recall' events in <br />an annual policy year. <br />A Limit of Insurance of $2,000 in any one occurrence applies to advertising expenses used to regain <br />customers. <br />Section II.
