Code § 27383. <br />DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION <br />THIS DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION ("Declaration") is made and entered <br />into as of 0.2 _ 03 -_0" 2025, by the Property Owner(s), Alexander S. Floghooghi <br />and Behnaz Baklishi, Trustees of the PDMH Revocable Living Trust, established on <br />May 31, 2014 ("Owner"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Owner owns all that certain real property situate in the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, commonly known as 3699 Oak Knoll Drive, APN: 068- <br />063-020 (the "Property"), as more particularly described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the <br />City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City"), and not contiguous to the City's boundary, but within the City's Sphere of <br />Influence as determined by the San Mateo County Local Agency Formation <br />Commission (the "Commission"); and <br />WHEREAS, on April 28, 2025 the City Council of the City adopted Resolution <br />No. 16293, authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit applications by the City <br />to the Commission requesting approval for new or extended water and/or sewer service <br />connections requiring Commission approval upon request from individual property <br />owners located in Affected Territory identified in Resolution No. 16293 pursuant to <br />Government Code Section 56133 of the Cortese -Knox -Hertzberg Local Government <br />Reorganization Act of 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 16293, the City Manager or <br />designee submitted an application on behalf of the City to the Commission requesting <br />REV: 12-10-25 VR <br />161 <br />
