REV: 01-08-26 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />When the City places orders from Consultant, all materials must be delivered F.O.B. <br />Redwood City, CA USA, freight prepaid if applicable as outlined below, with inside <br />delivery. When freight charges on an individual account surpass 2.5% of the account’s <br />expenditure, Ingram reserves the right to change the shipping settings on the account. <br />Changes to account settings such as one warehouse for shipments or shipment <br />timetables and order consolidation levels are examples of such alterations. Consultant <br />shall work closely with the City to ensure than any changes are in the best interest of both <br />parties. <br />Consultant will provide customer service which includes inventory, ordering access, and <br />supplying materials in a timely manner to the City per the following specifications: <br />Access to ipage online collection development and ordering tool with complete <br />title information, including pre-pub metadata, collection development resources, <br />reviews, and real-time stock check. Free subscription to ipage and unlimited <br />concurrent users. <br />Access to reviews in ipage including the full text reviews from the following <br />journals: booklist, Bulletin of the Center for Children’s Books, Choice, Foreword <br />Magazine, Library Journal, Kirkus, School Library Journal and Publishers Weekly <br />for the nominal fee of $386.00 per year. 91.78% fulfillment rate on orders placed <br />for in-print books; 92.53% fulfillment rate for orders placed on spoken word books; <br />and 77.85% fulfillment rate on orders placed for DVD/Blu-ray. <br />Consultant will provide customized lists of materials for the City’s consideration at no <br />charge per the following specifications: <br />Access to E-Catalogs on a variety of topics including but not limited to Advance; <br />Biography/History; Black Culture; Business; Computer & PTR Books; Catholic <br />Reflections; Children’s Advance; GN, Comics & Manga; Giftbook; K12 Resource; <br />LGBTQ+ Pride; Mind, Body, Spirit; My Spanish Bookshelf; Mystery, Suspense, <br />True Crime; Regional focus; Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Horror/ WorldReader; iCurate <br />Connection; and IndieWire. <br />Curated Order Lists including but not limited to: <br />o iCurate Coming Soon: Forthcoming Monthly Title Subscription – Now Free <br />o iCurate Complimentary: Curated Lists & Standing Order Programs <br />o iCurate Core: One-Time Gap Analysis <br />o iCurate inClusive: Diversity Audits Made Easy & Follow-Up Audits <br />o iCurate Custom: Ad Hoc Lists, Opening Day Collections, & Ongoing <br />Curation <br />Customized opening day collection selection lists as requested <br />Consultant will provide shelf-ready cataloging and processing of books based on the <br />following specifications at the prices: <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.331/Ingram Book Group LLC (Ingram 2025) (Page 11 of 30)
