REV: 02-12-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I.SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell Goods to the City from the categories listed below on an as needed <br />basis at the request of City staff authorized in Section 2 of this Master Purchase <br />Agreement. In instances where shipping charges must be charged to City, this shall be <br />noted at time of order. <br />Additionally: <br />Vendor shall provide repair services on an as-needed hourly basis to troubleshoot and <br />install parts purchased pursuant to this Master Purchase Agreement. <br />Time is of the essence in returning City vehicles to service. <br />Vendor shall allow the City to view any work performed on a City vehicle at the Vendor’s <br />facility during normal business hours, whether or not services have been completed. <br />Vendor shall provide 90 days warranty for workmanship issues which are a direct result <br />of a repair performed in one of Vendor’s service shops. If it is determined that a proprietary <br />International or Cummins part has failed and it is within 12 months of the replacement of <br />the part in one of Vendor’s service centers, City shall not pay for any labor costs for 12 <br />months from the time the part was installed. <br />II.PAYMENT TERMS <br />The total cost of Goods and Services purchased under this Master Purchase Agreement <br />shall be in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eight Thousand Dollars ($108,000). <br />Parts shall be billed with a discount off Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) <br />based on actual units purchased by authorized City staff. <br />Vendor shall submit detailed invoices to: <br />Redwood City Public Works Services <br />Attention: Public Works Superintendent, Equipment Services <br />1400 Broadway St. <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.040/Peterson Trucks, Inc.
