REV: 02-06-26 LF <br />learning and networking, in-person gatherings and meetings, and virtual <br />networking. <br />ii) Build and mobilize the statewide ACH Network comprising the ACHs <br />across California around key issues, events, and opportunities <br />iii) Track, evaluate, and assess the ACH’s progress and accomplishments <br />iv) Provide the ACH opportunities to share their stories and elevate their work <br />to various partners, stakeholders, and other audiences across the state and <br />beyond <br />b)Redwood City Together is responsible for and will be expected to: <br />i) Continue to make and sustain progress along the ACH developmental <br />pathway. As a result, ACHs will be expected to participate in the technical <br />assistance, coaching, peer networking, learning supports, and in-person <br />meetings to develop and progress as an ACH. <br />ii) Engage actively in the CACHI learning community by attending virtual and <br />in person meetings, contributing materials and documents, sharing lessons <br />learned, and offering peer learning and exchange. <br />iii) Participate in evaluation and assessment activities to understand the <br />ACH’s impacts and accomplishments <br />iv) Support the building and activation of the statewide ACH Network around <br />key issues, events, and opportunities where feasible <br />v) Share ACH stories, lessons learned, and accomplishments with external <br />audiences and stakeholders when opportunities arise <br />7)Stipends and reimbursements: CACHI agrees to reimburse travel costs incurred by <br />Redwood City Together staff to attend the annual stakeholder meeting in April 2026 and <br />regional meetings in the summer or fall of 2026. More information about what travel costs <br />are covered and the reimbursement process will be shared at a later time. CACHI will also <br />provide any additional stipends or reimbursements to Redwood City Together as <br />discussed and agreed upon when opportunities arise. <br />8)Modifications: Either party may request changes to this MOA. Any changes, <br />modifications, revisions, or amendments to this MOA which are mutually agreed upon by <br />the parties to this MOA shall be incorporated and effective when executed and signed by <br />all parties. <br />9)Termination: This MOA will remain in effect until the end of the MOA or unless amended <br />or terminated by the parties. Amendments must be agreed to by both parties. This MOA <br />may be terminated at any time by either party upon 30 day notice to the other party. <br />10)Signatures: The parties to this MOA certify that they have read, understood, and agreed <br />to the shared goals, commitments, activities, responsibilities, and expectations of this <br />MOA and have executed this MOA through their points of contact. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.033/California Accountable Communities for Health Initiative (ACH 2026) (Page 3 of 4)
