The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby incorporated by <br />this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. The City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan is amended to establish job <br />descriptions for Project READ Aide and Transportation Manager, Police Officer II, Police <br />Officer III, Police Sergeant II, Police Sergeant III, Police Lieutenant II, and Police <br />Lieutenant III, and update the job descriptions for Project READ Assistant, Police Officer <br />with title change to Police Officer I, Police Sergeant with title change to Police Sergeant <br />I, and Police Lieutenant with title change to Police Lieutenant I, as listed in Exhibit “A”, <br />and in the full salary plan attached as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />3.
