Group Homes: 0.5 parking space for each bedroom. Group Homes shall have at minimum one (1) space and where a fractional space would be required, the number of spaces provided shall be rounded down (e.g. for a Group Home with five (5) bedrooms, two (2) spaces shall be provided). ii. The new construction NOFA received two applications and will be prioritizing projects with extremely low income and very low income units. In June 2025, the City executed a loan agreement under the HPP with HEART-SV for the preservation of 8 units, including 1 unit available to extremely low-income households. Additionally, the City committed $20,000 of funding to 900 Chestnut Street, a 120 affordable rental units in Broadway Village mixed-use development with 12 units for extremely low income households.
