This meeting will focus on Project <br />milestone schedule tracking and advancement of the Project design. The Consultant will review <br />Project design progress from the previous meeting, present opportunities for value engineering, <br />and have an opportunity to address questions to City staff for input and/decision making. The <br />anticipated duration for each meeting is (1) hour. <br />Deliverables: <br />Meeting agendas and minutes <br />[Additional] TASK 3 – SURVEYING, UTILITIES RESEARCH, AND GEOTECHNICAL <br />INVESTIGATION <br />The Consultant shall provide the surveying and utilities research for the project. The <br />tasks include, but are not limited to the following: <br /> <br />1.Utility Research and Coordination: The Consultant will request and review utility maps <br />for the additional scope listed in Figure 1 and Table 1 above in the park including Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center improvement plans. This information will be reviewed against field <br />locating information and utilized to finalize the existing utility basemap. <br />2.Utility Locating: Non-destructive utility locating will be completed within the additional <br />area prior to completion of the topographic survey. This effort will locate lighting conduits, <br />water lines, drain lines, sewer lines, and any other park infrastructure that may pose a <br />conflict during sewer replacement. <br />3.Topographic Survey: Additional topographic survey sufficient for final design will be <br />performed over the additional Project area (approximately 3 acres). <br />4.Prepare Project Base Map: Information gathered from the additional utility <br />research/coordination, field locating, and topographic survey will be compiled and <br />included in the final existing utility basemap. <br />Deliverables: <br />Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Utility Locating Report, and digital copy of utility <br />research and field data notes in PDF if applicable <br />Digital (i.e. AutoCAD, PDF, etc.) copies of the topographic base mapping and all <br />associated utility research <br />[Additional] TASK 4 – BASIS OF DESIGN SUBMITTAL <br />Tasks and deliverables as described in the original agreement. The Consultant shall include the <br />YMCA portion of work as described in Figure 1 and Table 1. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026/Amend.
