Above and beyond, its mission-critical on-site resident services are complimentary social services that ensure families, seniors and people with special needs can remain stable in their housing and ultimately, work toward self- sufficiency to improve their livelihoods. Abode has developed nearly 50 residential communities with more than 3,000 affordable homes throughout California 4; invested, in collaboration with financial partners, some $660 million in economic activity; generated more than $250 million in tax credit financing; and secured more than $120 million in local funding sources for the provision of service-enhanced affordable housing.
