REV: 03-03-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />Program Objectives, Scope of Services & Quantitative Goals <br />Program Year 2025/2026 <br />Subrecipient Information <br />Subrecipient Name:Project Sentinel, Inc. <br />Address: 1490 El Camino Real <br />City, State, ZIP: Santa Clara, CA 95050-4609 <br />Project Name: Fair Housing Program <br />Program Objectives <br />Project will address Redwood City’s Consolidated Plan 2023-2027 <br />priorities and goals as follows: <br />Priority: General Administration, including serving as a Champion of Fair <br />Housing and Improving Coordination - Redwood City supports and promotes <br />a diverse community of unique neighborhoods where all residents are included <br />and valued, no group is privileged above any other group, and all have the <br />opportunity to live in neighborhoods of their choosing. <br />Goal 9 - Fair Housing Services: Support fair housing services for <br />Redwood City residents and provide information on housing <br />discrimination. <br />Scope of Services <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Project Sentinel, Inc. will provide comprehensive fair housing services including <br />complaint investigation and enforcement, consultation, information and referral, <br />and community outreach and education to Redwood City residents. <br />Project Activities: <br />Project Sentinel, Inc.’s Fair Housing Program will conduct the following activities: <br />Casework: Fair Housing enforcement - Investigate complaints for bonafide <br />complainants opening 6 cases (serving 13 persons) <br />Outreach: Increase public awareness of fair housing laws by conducting <br />targeted outreach to members of protected groups - presentations, tabling <br />events, resource fairs serving 20 persons. <br />Information and Referral: Help resolve housing problems by providing <br />information and referral and through consultations and extended <br />counseling serving 25 persons. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.053/Project Sentinel (Fair Housing - PY 2025 CDBG) (Page 16 of 18)
