Include written or oral comments concerning the Plan as an attachment (Exhibit <br />D) when it is forwarded to the City of Redwood City for approval. <br />F. PROJECTED DATE OF DISPLACEMENT <br />Date specific 90 Day Vacate Notices will be issued to the Project tenants no earlier than <br />September 2026. <br />G. ESTIMATED RELOCATION COSTS <br />The total budget estimate for tenant Relocation Benefits payments for this Project, including a <br />10% contingency, is $284,800 (rotmded). <br />The estimated relocation budget does not include any payments related to property acquisition.
