A payment for your Actual Reasonable Moving and Related Expenses based on at least <br />two written estimates and receipted bills; or <br />C. A combination of both (in some cases). <br />3. QUALIFICATION FOR, AND FILING OF, RELOCATION CLAIMS <br />All claims for relocation benefits must be filed with the new Owner within eighteen (18) months <br />from the date on which you vacated the storage unit. <br />4. RENTAL AGREEMENT <br />As a result of the new Owner's action to purchase the property where you currently rent storage <br />space, you may become a storage tenant of the new Owner. If this occurs, you will be asked to <br />sign a rental agreement which will specify the monthly rent to be paid, when rent payments are <br />due, where they are to be paid and other pertinent information. <br />5. EVICTIONS <br />Eviction for cause must conform to applicable State and local law. Any person who lawfully rents <br />storage space on the date of initiation of negotiations, is presumed to be entitled to relocation <br />benefits, unless the new Owner determines that: <br />a.
