Notice of Eligibility — Residential <br /><<DATE>> <br /><<NAME>> <br /><<ADDRESS>> <br />Dear <<NAME>>: <br /><<NAME>> (called here "<<NAME>>") is proceeding with the project known as the <br /><<NAME>> Project located at <<ADDRESS>>. <br />You will not be required to move without at least 90 days advance written notice of the day by <br />which you must vacate. However, you can contact us at any time for assistance with your move <br />and to receive the benefits for which you are eligible. <br />This is a notice of eligibility for relocation assistance. You are eligible for relocation assistance <br />and benefits under <<NAME>> Relocation Assistance Program. <br />When you do move, and depending on your eligibility for specific programs, you may receive <br />assistance tinder the California Code of State Regulations Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 6 (Title <br />25). <br />Additional information about your benefits was previously provided to you in the Informational <br />Statement. You are eligible to receive the following benefits: <br />1. RELOCATION ADVISORY ASSISTANCE provided by Overland, Pacific & Cutler, <br />LLC (TRANSYSTEMS), a professional firm hired by the <<NAME>> to provide <br />relocation assistance to you, such as referrals to replacement housing and help with filing <br />for benefits. <br />2. MOVING EXPENSES: You will receive a payment to assist in moving your personal <br />property. You may select one of the following payments: <br />a) A Fixed Moving Payment based on the number of rooms you occupy (from <br />Informational Statement). Your entitlement under this option for _ rooms is <br />$ ; or <br />b) A payment for your Actual Reasonable Moving and Related Expenses based on at <br />least two written estimates and receipted bills; or <br />C) A combination of both (in some cases). <br />3. REPLACEMENT HOUSING ASSISTANCE: You are eligible for a replacement <br />housing payment to rent or purchase a replacement home.
