In satisfaction of the terms of that certain Affordable Housing Land Donation <br />Agreement, dated as of _ (the "Land Donation Agreement"), <br />Trustor acquired fee ownership of the certain real property located at 920 Shasta <br />Street and 122 Buckeye Street (APN: 053-343-110 and APN: 053-343-080), in the <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as more particularly described in <br />the attached Exhibit A, incorporated herein by this reference (the "Property"). <br />B.
