(307) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />November 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Espinoza-Garnica to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution revising the date by which the Advisory Redistricting Committee (ARC) must <br />present their recommendation to the City Council on the adoption of a new City Council district <br />elections map; and <br />2.
