(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />November 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Espinoza-Garnica to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City <br />of Redwood City and County of San Mateo for the establishment of an Edible Food Recovery <br />Program consistent with California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 12 Short - <br />Lived Climate Pollutants, and authorize the City Manager to execute said Memorandum of <br />Understanding and make any minor, clarifying and conforming changes as approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />41"u—e <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
