(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />December 20, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Howard, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Hale. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the contract documents and award the standard form contract for Veterans Memorial <br />Offsite Traffic Calming - Package One to Lewis and Tibbitts, Inc. of San Jose for their responsive <br />and responsible low total bid of $1,066,076; and authorize the City Manager or their designee to <br />increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded in an amount not <br />to exceed $106,608. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />r I <br />1 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
