(301) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />December 20, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Howard, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Hale. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Espinoza-Garnica to waive the first reading and introduce an <br />Ordinance Amending Chapter 11 (Privately Owned Utilities) of the Municipal Code related to <br />CableNideo Franchises (Articles III and IV) to remove provisions that no longer apply and to <br />provide for the automatic reauthorization of the public, educational and governmental (PEG) <br />access fee. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />r <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
