(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 26, 2023. <br />Present: Aguirre, Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, and Mayor Gee. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Sturken, to adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager <br />to renew an agreement with Public Risk Innovation, Solutions, and Management effective July 1, <br />2023 through June 30, 2024, to cover the losses that exceed $350,000 and authorizing the excess <br />insurance premium payment in a total amount not to exceed $625,000. <br />Passes 7- 0 unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
