(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 26, 2023. <br />Present: Aguirre, Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, and Mayor Gee. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Sturken, to: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement <br />for Professional Services with CSG Consultants, Inc. (Amendment No. 2) for engineering <br />inspection services in an amount not -to- exceed $400,000 for a one year and six months term, <br />for a total contract amount not -to -exceed $1,000,000; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement <br />for Professional Services with Bay Area Geological Group (Amendment No. 1) for engineering <br />inspection services in an amount not -to- exceed $150,000 for a total contract amount not -to - <br />exceed $245,000. <br />Passes 7- 0 unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
