(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 26, 2023. <br />Present: Aguirre, Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, and Mayor Gee. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Sturken, to: <br />1. Approve Final Map No. 2022-001 for the development at 239 Vera Avenue; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement <br />with Green Global, Inc.; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with <br />Green Global, Inc.; and <br />4.
