(601) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 26, 2023. <br />Present: Aguirre, Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, and Mayor Gee. <br />Motion and second, Howard and Eakin, to adopt a resolution certifying the Final Environmental <br />Impact Report for the 505 E. Bayshore Road Townhouse Project; Adopting CEQA Findings; and <br />adopting a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, all in accordance with the requirements <br />of the California Environmental Quality Act. <br />Passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote, with Mayor Gee recused. <br />Motion and second, Sturken and Martinez Saballos, to adopt a resolution amending the <br />General Plan land use designation on the property located at 505 E Bayshore Road from <br />Commercial Regional to Mixed -Use Waterfront Neighborhood. <br />Passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote, with Mayor Gee recused. <br />Motion and second, Martinez Saballos and Howard, to waive first reading and introduce an <br />Ordinance approving a Zoning Map Amendment to Article 60 (Zoning District Boundaries—Maps) <br />of the Redwood City Zoning Code to rezone the property located at 505 E. Bayshore Road from <br />General Commercial to Mixed -Use Waterfront. <br />Passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote, with Mayor Gee recused. <br />
