REV: 02-25-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCHEDULE OF SOFTWARE <br />Provider provides the following services to the City under this Agreement: <br />a. Access to the Ichi web-based AI platform via browser for authorized users. <br />b. Use of Ichi’s AI assistant to: <br />i. Answer code-related questions <br />ii. Generate code comments, emails, checklists, and other text-based work <br />product rooted in codes. <br />iii. Analyze construction documents including plan sets, calculations, photos, <br />and images. <br />iv. Facilitate collaboration and project organization via projects, channels, and <br />shared files. <br />c. A one-hour onboarding kickoff and training session. <br />d. If requested by the City, Ichi will create a dedicated Microsoft Teams chat to <br />provide a direct connection to the Ichi team for support, feedback, and <br />communication. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.050/ICHI Plan, Inc.
