REV: 02-25-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT F <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />License Fees. Access to the SaaS Solution is provided to the City at a fixed rate of $70,000 <br />(Seventy Thousand Dollars) per year during the term of the Agreement. This fixed rate includes <br />unlimited access to the Platform, including: unlimited users, projects, messages, files, and <br />memories. <br />Invoicing.
