REV: 03-02-26 VR Exhibit “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Consultant will provide City with periodical procurement and delivery services to meet its needs for magazine and newspaper subscriptions for a two-year period. Services will include starting new subscriptions and canceling existing subscriptions; processing claims for missing or damaged issues and supplying replacement copies when applicable or credits as needed. Consultant will receive and respond to claims electronically and will provide regular reports on the status of claimed items. When the City places its annual order, all materials must be delivered F.O.B. City will make payment annually for products ordered, pursuant to invoicing consistent with Section 6, Compensation, after placing its annual order. Invoices must reflect sales tax rate applicable to the City of Redwood City and must be sent to: Redwood City Public Library 1044 Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063 Library materials provided must comply with current copyright and intellectual property laws. Print magazines and newspapers will be delivered or mailed directly to the three individual library branches per the annual subscription list for the Library. Branch addresses are as follows: Redwood City Public Library 1044 Middlefield Road Redwood City, CA 94063 Redwood Shores Branch Library 399 Marine Parkway Redwood City, CA 94065 Schaberg Branch Library 2140 Euclid Avenue Redwood City, CA 94061 The subscription list for this amendment is included below, but City reserves the right to add or remove titles annually. City is not obligated to purchase any specified quantity of periodicals under this Agreement, and variations in the budget allocations may occur annually. This amendment subscription list includes the following 73 titles, resulting in 115 subscriptions when duplicate subscriptions for multiple locations are counted.
