REV: 03-18-26 LF <br />Contractor will also install City provided equipment (Kenwood mobile police radio, <br />Kenwood mounting hardware, Panasonic Toughbook mobile computer, and Axon in-car <br />camera system) for each vehicle. The installations will be completed, and the vehicles will <br />be delivered to 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063 no later than June 15, 2026. <br />Any failure by Contractor to meet this delivery date will constitute a material default of this <br />Agreement. Contractor must notify City immediately if Contractor reasonably believes <br />Contractor will not be able to meet the delivery date for any reason and provide City with <br />a schedule that Contractor reasonably believes it will be able to meet. It is within City’s <br />discretion whether it will accept the revised schedule. <br />Contractor warrants that all Contractor-provided equipment will conform to applicable <br />specifications, drawings, description, and samples, and will be merchantable, of good <br />workmanship in material, free from defect, and having good, marketable title. All <br />Contractor-provided equipment will be covered by manufacturer warranties. <br />Contractor agrees that the City has the right to make the final determination as to whether <br />services have been satisfactorily completed. Contractor will include City staff on a walk- <br />through of the vehicles to confirm that all equipment is installed and functioning correctly <br />and testing the equipment prior to the City's acceptance of the work as being completed. <br />Should any portion of the work to be done which, due to any cause, is not in accordance <br />with the specifications or is not satisfactorily completed, it will be rejected and the <br />Contractor will immediately make a satisfactory arrangement with the City before <br />proceeding with other work.
