Main St <br />Visalia, CA 93291 <br />(559)635-6803 <br />Fax: (866)590-2167 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />This Company conducts the handling of escrow business pursuant to Department of Insurance, State of <br />California, License Number . <br />To: First American Title Company ("Settlement Agent") <br />Ann Kay, Escrow Officer <br />Re: APN PTN 052-431-010, Project Parcel No 64076, <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 ("Property") <br />File No.: 5405-7178329 (AK) <br />Date: January 14, 2026 <br />Estimated Closing Date: February 26, 2026 <br />Consideration: $11,100.00 <br />"Buyer": The City of Redwood City <br />"Seller": FN Veterans LLC <br />(Individually, a "Party" and collectively the "Parties") <br />. <br />Purchase/Sale Settlement Instructions-Supplement & Acceptance of Agreement <br />The Parties hand First American Title Company ("Settlement Agent"), that certain document entitled Property <br />Purchase Agreement dated 10/2/2025 ("Agreement") executed by and between the Parties. <br />These instructions are not intended to alter, modify or change the Agreement, the purchase contract and/or <br />Purchase/Sale Settlement Instructions between the Parties, with any addendums/amendments thereto, for the <br />above referenced Property except with respect to the following: <br />The Parties acknowledge that the closing of this escrow is contingent upon their compliance with the terms and <br />conditions contained in the Agreement. The Parties agree that prior to the close of escrow they shall provide <br />Settlement Agent with written confirmation that all terms and conditions of th e Agreement, and any obligation of <br />Settlement Agent relative thereto, have been fully complied with or waived. <br />The Parties hereby release Settlement Agent from all liability, if any, which it may have in connection with this <br />escrow as a result of a Party's failure to comply with any term or condition of the Agreement prior to close of <br />escrow.
