Section F of this <br />Supplemental Agreement indicates that the TA agrees to become a co-sponsor in the <br />Cooperative Agreement per a request from the City of Redwood City. When the three-party <br />Cooperative Agreement is executed, Caltrans may submit requests for payment directly to the <br />TA. However, the City of Redwood City will be required to verify the requests for payment are <br />accurate and indicate approval for payments prior to the TA submitting direct payments to <br />Caltrans. <br />SECTION D: Matching Funds <br />Sponsor will contribute, or provide for the contribution of, the entire amount in excess of <br />$128,861,000 needed to complete the Scope of Work and must provide at least 56.5% pro rata <br />share of the Scope of Work Costs. <br />SECTION E: Description of Scope of Work <br />Sponsoring Agency: City of Redwood City <br />Lead/Implementing Agency: City of Redwood City <br />Contact: Karen Pachmayer <br /> Principal Planner <br /> (650) 780-7696 <br /> kpachmayer@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Project Description and Scope of Work: <br />Redwood City is proposing to reconstruct the existing US 101/Woodside Road (SR 84) <br />Interchange.
