Section F of this <br />Supplemental Agreement indicates that the TA agrees to become a co-sponsor in the <br />Cooperative Agreement per a request from the City of Redwood City. When the three-party <br />Cooperative Agreement is executed, Caltrans may submit requests for payment directly to the <br />TA.
