Background materials for March 14, 2026 City Council discussion of Strategic Planning, <br />Priorities and Values <br /> <br />The group engaged in a values activity. <br /> <br />City Manager Patrick Heisinger gave a presentation on the City’s environmental scan. <br /> <br />The City Council took a brief recess. Following the recess, the City Council reconfirmed its <br />existing priorities and discussed current priorities. <br /> <br />Following lunch, the City Council revisited the discussion on values, and City Manager Patrick <br />Heisinger provided a summary of key themes for the day. <br /> <br />Mayor Martínez Saballos and Vice Mayor Eakin provided closing remarks. <br /> <br />5.
