Number <br />64087-1 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />PARCEL 64087-1 <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />being a portion of PARCEL THREE as described in the Grant Deed from Anchor Realty to Del -Camp <br />Investments, Inc., recorded April 4, 1978 in Reel 7731 at Page 655, Official Records of said County, being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />A temporary easement to terminate June 30, 2029 for construction purposes and incidents thereto, in <br />and to those portions of said PARCEL THREE described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of said PARCEL THREE, said Point of Beginning being the <br />most southerly corner of the Grant Deed from E. Covington Pringle, Jr. and Janet Pringle, et al. to the <br />State of California recorded January 7, 1964 in Volume 4622 at Page 227, Official Records of said County; <br />thence departing said westerly line, South 46050'43" East 5.00 feet, radial to the following described <br />curve; thence southwesterly, along the arc of a non -tangent curve to the right, concave to the northwest, <br />to which a radial line bears South 46050'43" East 963.00 feet, through a central angle of 1013'58", an arc <br />distance of 20.72 feet to a point on said westerly line, said westerly line also being the southerly <br />prolongation of the westerly line of said State of California Parcel described as "S. 30011'01" W., 28.64 <br />feet" in last said Grant Deed; thence along the common westerly line, North 30011'01" East 21.26 feet to <br />the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />CONTAINING 53 square feet, more or less. <br />The bearings and distances used in the above description are based on the California Coordinate System <br />of 1983 (CCS83) Zone 3, Epoch 2010.00.
