Provided goals and objectives must have a clear <br />relationship to the need and intent of the grant. The Project Work Plan must attempt to identify activities/services and estimate timelines for <br />the entire grant term. The plan must identify the top three goals and corresponding objectives, with a minimum of one goal pertaining to each <br />identified PPA.
