The items in the Master Agreement that are highlighted in yellow must be <br />completed. <br /> <br />We will have a Vendor Onboarding meeting in September 2021. Attendance in person will be <br />required. Location will most likely be at a hotel near the SeaTac airport in Seattle. More <br />information to come. <br /> <br />Once the Master Agreement is executed, it will be posted on the NASPO ValuePoint website <br />along with your bid response. At that time, states may begin their Participating Addendum <br />process. The period of performance will begin July 1, 2021. <br /> <br />Prior to posting, we will need the following: <br /> <br />1) Primary contact person for your company with their contact information, and <br />2) A sales reporting contact, if different from Exhibit A-2, and <br />3) A management fee contact, if different from Exhibit A-2, and <br />4) A logo for your company, and <br />5) A complete products and pricing document that includes the following: <br />a. All products and accessories available, <br />b. All available services, <br />c. All warranty options. <br /> <br />The products and accessories, services and warranty offerings must include the product name, <br />product number and brief description along with the list price, discount off list and NASPO <br />ValuePoint (NVP) final price. <br /> <br />7.F. - Page 50 of 52 <br />259
