Adopt a resolution reaffirming the City's commitment to civil liberties, social justice, <br />and a welcoming, inclusive, and safe community for all (Attachment A); and <br />2. Adopt a resolution affirming the City's authority to regulate and control the use of <br />City property and facilities.
