A copy of any Notice sent by facsimile also must be personally <br />delivered or sent by reputable overnight courier service (in accordance with this Section) within <br />48 hours of the transmission of such Notice by facsimile, provided that failure to do so will not <br />invalidate any Notice actually received by the party to whom the facsimile was addressed. Notices <br />given by facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be delivered as of the date and time when <br />transmission and receipt of such facsimile is confirmed; and all other Notices shall have been <br />deemed to have been delivered on the date of delivery or refusal; provided that Notices delivered <br />by e-mail to the addresses provided below shall be deemed to be delivered upon acknowledgement <br />of receipt by the recipient. All copies of Notices (i.e., those provided to any person or entity other <br />than Seller, Buyer, or Title Company) shall be given as a courtesy only, and the failure or inability <br />to deliver any courtesy copy of any Notice will not invalidate the Notice given to Seller, Buyer, or <br />Title Company.
