REV: 03-23-26 LF <br />Environmental Assessment is required, <br />and receive a separate AUGF. <br />Consultation Initiates and leads Section <br />106 government-to-government <br />consultation. <br />Supports the Lead Agency with <br />documentation or site-specific data. <br />Participates in consultation meetings. <br />Mitigation Leads the monitoring of any <br />mitigation compliance. <br />Supports the monitoring of any <br />mitigation compliance. <br />Notwithstanding the County’s Lead Agency role, the CEST, State Historic Preservation Office <br />(SHPO) consultation letter and any other consultation letters will list both Responsible Entities, <br />grant numbers, and Certifying Officers. Both Responsible Entities will engage fully in the review <br />and approval of documentation drafted by the environmental review consultant contracted by the <br />developer for this Project. <br />The Parties agree that this Agreement may be terminated, amended, or extended only by written <br />mutual agreement of the Parties. <br />The Parties further agree that electronic signatures may be used in place of original signatures on <br />this Agreement.
