Introduction Skydio, Inc. ("Skydio" or "We") sells autonomous drones and related hardware, software, and cloud and training services to unlock these drones' full potential (our "Services"). This policy describes the ways we collect, use, and disclose that information from: Individuals who are or have been employed by Skydio ("Employees") or have applied for employment with Skydio ("Applicants"); Customers who use our online (not offline, like X10D) Services ("Customers"); Visitors to our booths at trade shows and demonstrations or skydio.com (our "Website"); and Any other places where we interact with prospective customers (collectively, "Visitors"). This Privacy Policy is superseded by any conflicting terms agreed between us and the Customer, including how we safeguard and use Customer Data. 2. How We Define Personal Information We use the California Consumer Privacy Act's ("CCPA") definition of "personal information," which includes any information that identifies, relates to, describes, reference, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person, household, or device. "Personal information" does not include deidentified or aggregated consumer information. 3. Personal Information We Collect Skydio collects the following categories of personal information, which are referenced throughout this Privacy Policy: Identifiers.
