We will provide this in a structured, commonly used and <br />machine-readable format. <br />Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected <br />about you. <br />Request the categories of sources for the personal information we collected <br />about you. <br />Request our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal <br />information. <br />Request the categories of third parties with whom we disclose that personal <br />information. <br />Request the business or commercial purpose for disclosing that personal <br />information. <br />Request a list of our disclosures, for business purposes, of your personal <br />information, which identifies the personal information categories that each <br />category of recipient obtained. <br />Request that we restrict processing concerning your personal information, where <br />applicable. <br />Object to our processing for direct marketing or other purposes, including the <br />construction of a profile about your preferences, where applicable depending on <br />your particular situation. <br />Opt out of the sharing of your personal information. <br />Your Access Request must: <br />Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the <br />person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized <br />representative. <br />Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, <br />evaluate, and respond to it. <br />We may, under applicable law, require additional proof of your identity. You may <br />designate an authorized agent to make a request for you. If you use an authorized <br />agent, we may require the agent to submit proof that they are authorized to act on your <br />behalf.
