Page 1 of 11 <br />Skydio Limited Warranty <br />Previous versions: <br />August 14, 2025 - February 3, 2026 <br />September 20, 2023 - August 13, 2025 - One (1) Year Limited Warranty <br />July 27, 2023 - September 19, 2023 - One (1) Year Limited Warranty <br />January 3, 2022 - July 26, 2023 - One (1) Year Limited Warranty <br />Up to January 2, 2022 - Enterprise One (1) Year Limited Warranty <br />Up to January 2, 2022 - Consumer One (1) Year Limited Warranty <br />The Skydio Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) is provided by Skydio, Inc. (“Skydio”) <br />solely for Skydio-manufactured hardware, with the exception of docks and <br />corresponding external radios, including but not limited to drones, gimbals, controllers, <br />parachutes, attachments, and/or accessories (collectively, “Product” or “Products”) <br />offered by Skydio and purchased from Skydio or from an approved Skydio reseller that <br />has entered into a contractual agreement with Skydio to sell Product(s) (an “Approved <br />Reseller”). The Skydio Dock for X10 and the corresponding Skydio Connect External <br />Radio (collectively, the “Dock System”) are not included in this Limited Warranty. You, <br />as such purchaser (“you” or “your”), hereby agree that you have read, understood, and <br />agreed to be bound by this Limited Warranty. Installation, maintenance, and repair <br />terms for the Dock System are separately provided in the below Special Terms for Dock <br />Maintenance and Repair section. <br />WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY <br />Skydio warrants the Products against defects in materials and workmanship in <br />hardware, during the applicable warranty period as set forth below ("Warranty Period"), <br />under normal use in accordance with Skydio Guidelines that include but are not limited <br />to the following: published Product materials, the applicable Safety and Operating Guide <br />(https://www.skydio.com/safety), technical specifications, Product design specifications, <br />user manuals, maintenance guidelines, in-app notifications, and support <br />communications provided by Skydio. Skydio Guidelines may be updated from time to <br />time at Skydio's sole discretion. <br />If, during the Warranty Period, you submit a claim to Skydio in accordance with this <br />Limited Warranty, Skydio, in its sole discretion and as your exclusive remedy and <br />Skydio's sole liability, will: (1) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; (2) <br />replace the Product with an equivalent new or refurbished Product; or (3) provide a <br />partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the <br />Product.
