REV: 03-24-26 LF <br />Exhibit “A” <br />GOODS AND SERVICES <br /> <br />Vendor shall supply two (2) Type 1 Fire Engines per the specifications and drawings <br />outlined in Exhibit C at the below address: <br />Public Works Services <br />1400 Broadway Street <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />City shall pay a not to exceed amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($2,900,000) as outlined in the table below to the Vendor in two installments. Each <br />installment shall be payable upon delivery of a completed Type 1 Engine and will not <br />exceed an amount of $1,450,000. <br />Payment for tool mounting and contingencies for mid-inspection and final inspection <br />modifications shall be on a time and materials basis.
