Docusign Envelope ID: DEOEEOA3-A5E6-4271-A28B-4985D8COA838 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2026 - 7788 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TOWN OF WOODSIDE: <br />1) APPROVING A SEWER SERVICE ALLOCATION FOR 3323 WOODSIDE ROAD, PURSUANT <br />TO MUNICIPALCODE SECTION 51.126; (2) CONSENTINGTOTHE ANNEXATION OFTHIS <br />PROPERTYINTOTHETOWN CENTER SEWERASSESSMENT DISTRICT; AND (3) <br />AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE REVISED AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE FAIR OAKS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT TO ADD THIS <br />PROPERTY INTO THE APPROVED SERVICE AREA FOR THE TOWN CENTER ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Woodside Municipal Code provides Sewer Service Allocation <br />Regulations beginning at Section 51.120; and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel at 3323 Woodside Road (APN 072-370-230) is in "Area Ill" as <br />defined in Section 51.123 of the Sewer Service Allocation Regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 51.126 of the Municipal Code provides the process whereby <br />parcels that lie in "Area Ill"; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the parcel at 3323 Woodside Road (APN 072-370-230) <br />have applied for a sewer service allocation under the terms of this section; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works/Town Engineer has reviewed the <br />application and finds that the parcel meets all the conditions as provided in Section <br />51.126; and <br />WHEREAS, the allocation of sewer service to this parcel is consistent with the <br />General Plan and reserved sewer capacity is available; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners have deposited the required funds with the Town <br />for the Town Council hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the legislative bodies of Redwood City and the Fair Oaks Sewer <br />Maintenance District will need to agree to amend the agreements that both those <br />agencies have with the Town of Woodside pertaining to the Town Center Sewer <br />Assessment District in order to allow this property to be annexed into the District and the <br />Town will need to execute amended agreements accordingly. <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF <br />WOODSIDE that: <br />RESO. 2026-7788 <br />01/13/2026 <br />Exhibit B <br />ATTY/AGR.2026/Amend.
