REV: 04-06-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE SCHEDULE <br />Redwood City Together will: <br />Administer the Promotores program <br />o Promotores are local high school youth who support with weekly outreach <br />in the community, participate in monthly professional development <br />trainings and quarterly team building activities <br />Support Consultant in acquiring necessary information from Promotores for tax <br />purposes <br />Submit written requests for Promotores compensation 5 full business days before <br />expected payout <br />Reimburse for compensation and financial administration costs to Consultant for <br />services rendered <br />Consultant will: <br />Support and assist in developing quarterly outreach calendar of events <br />Attend one quarterly meeting with group for debrief and implementation of <br />program <br />Support compensation delivery for Promotores community outreach work <br />Manage financial administration of Promotores work including updating accounts, <br />addresses, and administering tax forms and subsequent paperwork <br />Consultant will be paid monthly for a total not-to-exceed amount of $26,000, upon <br />invoicing in accordance with Section 6, Compensation until June 30, 207.
