The claim is open. Counsel is actively conferring with the <br />City on resolution. <br />On September 19, 2025, I requested that Permits ADU22-0064 and <br />C22-0027 be kept open and extended due to City-initiated actions <br />that prevented progress. California Building Code §105.5 tolls <br />expiration where performance is suspended by legal or <br />administrative action outside the permit holder’s control.
