Gusman denial email, October 17, 2025 <br />Verbatim text: <br />“Dear Mr. Burns, <br />Thank you for your patience following my email regarding your <br />request for a temporary hold on enforcement actions. I regret to <br />inform you that the city will not be able to pause the resumption of <br />the citation process. <br />However, I can offer you a two‐week window to complete the <br />outstanding requirements and address the comments needed for <br />permit issuance. Once the permits are issued, enforcement will be <br />suspended, but monitoring will continue via inspections until final <br />approval. <br />If response to comments is not satisfied and the permits are not <br />issued by end of day on October 31, 2025, citations and fees will be <br />issued the following business day. <br />6.A. - Page 62 of 64 <br />64
