Notification of Meeting Participation by Teleconference Due to Just Cause Pursuant to <br />Government Code § 54953.8.3 <br />Committee Member Scheinman notified the Housing and Human Concerns Committee of just <br />cause meeting participation by teleconference pursuant to Government Code § 54953.8.3(c)(1) <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENT: None <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Minutes for the 6:00pm Special Meeting and 7:00pm Special Meeting held on March 10, 2026 - <br />M/S (Hiester/Discher) Approved: 5-0-1 (Vice Chair Montalvo abstained) <br />6. AGENDA ITEMS: <br />a. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Hearing and Funding Deliberations <br />for Program Year 2026-2027. <br />Action Requested or Needed: The Committee held a public hearing and heard comments <br />from members of the public regarding funding for proposed CDBG programs and activities. <br />The Committee deliberated, and by majority vote, made the following funding <br />recommendations for CDBG funds.
