Annual Action Plan
2026
28
OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021)
Expected Resources
AP-15 Expected Resources – 91.220(c)(1,2)
Introduction
On April 3, 2026, HUD released PY 2026 allocations. The City will receive $643,540 of CDBG funding. For
CDBG, the City’s total funding for PY2026 is $777,639, adding the PY 2026 annual allocation of $643,540,
expected program income of $15,000, and $119,099 in prior year unspent funds. The most flexible
funding resource, CDBG dollars, can be used for housing renovation and preservation, human services
and community development. On March 24, 2026, the City’s Housing and Human Concerns Committee
convened to review PY 2026 CDBG applications and make funding recommendations. At the time of the
March 24 HHCC meeting, HUD had not yet announced CDBG allocations for PY 2026. In anticipation of
this, staff proposed a contingency plan for the HHCC to vote on during the March 24th funding
deliberations public hearing. The Committee approved a contingency plan for CDBG funding which is
further detailed below in AP-15 - Discussion.

ATTY/RESO.0019/CC RESO 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (CDBG) - EXHIBIT A
REV: 05-01-26 LF
