<br /> Annual Action Plan <br />2026 <br />35 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />1 Goal Name Affordable Housing Preservation <br />Goal <br />Description <br />Conserve and improve the condition of the existing affordable housing stock and preserve affordable housing <br />developments at risk of conversion to market-rate housing. <br />2 Goal Name Homeless Services <br />Goal <br />Description <br />Provide high-quality, professional services in all temporary shelters and comprehensive outreach services designed to <br />directly connect individuals to all appropriate services, including permanent housing and obtaining healthcare and <br />available cash and non-cash benefits. <br />3 Goal Name Basic Human Needs Services <br />Goal <br />Description <br />Funds will be used to support services and activities that address basic human needs. <br />4 Goal Name Economic Development Services <br />Goal <br />Description <br />Support entrepreneurship programs and businesses, targeting businesses owned by minority populations as well as <br />support low to moderate income households as they seek employment, by covering expenses such as childcare, after- <br />school youth services, etc. <br />5 Goal Name Administration and Coordination <br />Goal <br />Description <br />Fund the administration and oversight of the City’s HOME and CDBG programs.
