The majority of those inquiries have <br />been made by tenants. Most inquiries covered TPO applicability and general questions. Inquiries <br />also included complaints about the TPO, and questions regarding State law, notices of termination, <br />and habitability issues. Of the 26 inquiries to the City, 14 were referred to Project Sentinel for further <br />assistance. <br /> <br />8.A. - Page 17 of 85 <br />275
