Must include the contractors name, amount paid, date of payment, <br />and a brief description of the work. <br />3. A cancelled check showing it was deposited <br />4. Credit card or bank account statement <br />5. Statement showing payment via electronic method (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, <br />PayPal, etc.). <br /> <br />viii. ☐ Proof of payment for relocation assistance costs. Acceptable proof of payment <br />includes: <br />1. A cancelled check showing it was deposited <br />2. Copy of a cashier’s check <br />3. Copy of a money order <br />4. Signed receipt from the tenant that includes the tenant’s name, address <br />and date of payment <br />5. Payment via electronic method (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc.) that <br />includes the tenant’s name, address and date of payment <br /> <br />ix. Any other supplemental documentation relevant and necessary for the appeal <br /> <br />c. Payment of the Appeal Fee <br /> <br />i. The most up-to-date Appeal Fee can be found in the City’s Master Fee Schedule <br />under the “City Manager’s Office – Housing” section: <br />https://www.redwoodcity.org/departments/administrative-services/finance-/taxes- <br />assessments/master-fee-schedule. <br /> <br />ii. The Appeal fee must be paid to the City via cash, check, or debit/credit card at the <br />time of filing the appeal with the City Clerk’s Office. <br /> <br />iii. Failure to pay the Appeal Fee will result in the appeal being deemed <br />incomplete. <br /> <br />3. The appeal form must be filed with the City Clerk’s Office within ten (10) calendar days after the <br />substantial remodel is completed in one of the following methods: <br /> <br />a. In-person at City Hall (1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063) during City Hall <br />Business Hours. <br /> <br />b. Mail addressed to: <br />City of Redwood City <br />City Clerk’s Office <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City CA 94063 <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk's Office will date stamp all appeals received and the date stamp will be the <br />definitive determination of the submission date to the City. Late filings will not be accepted. <br /> <br />5.
