A resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />1) conditionally awarding $12,326,460 in the form of permanent <br />loan(s) to Rise City Apartments; <br />2) conditionally awarding $5,000,000 in the form of two loans, a <br />$500,000 predevelopment loan and a $4,500,000 permanent loan <br />to the 1580 Maple Street Project; <br />3) approving increase of per unit subsidy limit of $300,000 for Rise <br />City Apartments and $300,000 for 1580 Maple Project; <br />4) authorizing the City Manager to execute loan documents and <br />other necessary documents, any subsequent amendments or <br />modifications, and take actions necessary to effectuate the loans for <br />these projects; and <br />5) rescinding Resolution No. 16204 <br />8 of 10 <br />Recommendation
