REV: 03-24-26 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />I. Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide City with minor repainting services as-needed and at the request <br />of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee. The City does not <br />guarantee any minimum or maximum quantity purchased. Contractor shall supply all labor <br />and materials required to complete the Services. <br />II. Fee <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below. <br />Invoices shall be billed upon completion of services with Net 30 payment terms in a form <br />consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />•Hourly Rate for Painting: $139 <br />o Regular business hours, Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm <br />•Materials Cost Markup: 20% <br />Contractor shall invoice the City on a per job basis.
